Feb 23 2026 – CBP Ends IEEPA Duty Collections at 12:00 a.m. ET on Feb. 24

CBP will discontinue all IEEPA duty collections at 12am on 2/24/2026.

With this in mind, we will hold off on all entry filings until Wed, 2/25/2026. 

With the IEEPA duties gone, China imports will continue with the section301 tariffs, and most likely the new section 122 (15%) tariff.

This IEEPA change does not affect section 232 (aluminum, steel, auto, auto parts, some wood products) and section 301 tariffs.
